1. Internships (Research & Field Interns)

 

🔹 Description

Our internship program offers hands-on experience in social research. Interns work closely with our research teams on surveys, field visits, data collection, interviews, documentation, and analysis.

  • Assist in designing surveys and interview tools

  • Collect field data through community interactions

  • Support report writing and documentation

3. Project Leads (Research & Program Leads)

Project Leads take up responsibility for designing, managing, and overseeing research projects. This role requires leadership, planning, and analytical skills.

  • Lead research design and methodology

  • Supervise intern and volunteer teams

  • Conduct fieldwork, interviews, and FGDs

  • Prepare project reports and presentations

  • Coordinate with mentors and external partners
